FXB and other marks displayed on our site are the proprietary service marks or trademarks of FXB or its Providers. FXB's trademarks may not be used in connection with any product or service that is not FXB’s, in any manner that is likely to cause confusion among consumers, or to disparage or discredit FXB. All other trademarks not owned by FXB that appear on this site are the property of their respective owners, who may or may not be affiliated with, connected to by FXB. Brokerfx.net provides newsletters, training material, frequently asked questions section, and audio and video tutorials, and Broker Services may not download, record, copy or print any aspect of this site. Brokerfx.net is to be used solely for personal information.

Indemnification

Governing Law

The laws of the Panama will govern these Terms of Use, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of laws. You agree that any action arising out of the Terms of Use or your use of Brokerfx.net shall be brought in the Court of Panama.

Miscellaneous

You may not assign or otherwise transfer these Terms of Use or any rights or obligations hereunder. FXB's failure to act on any breach of any provision hereof shall not be construed as a waiver of the enforcement of any provision unless FXB agrees to such waiver in writing.

If any portion of these Terms of Use is deemed unlawful, void or unenforceable, that portion will be deemed severable and will not affect the validity or enforceability of remaining provisions. These Terms of Use set forth the entire understanding between you and FXB with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersede any prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written, between you and FXB with respect to such subject matter.

It should be understood that Currency trading involves high risk. There is always a relationship between high reward and high risk. Any type of market or trade speculation that can yield an unusually high return on investment is subject to unusually high risk. Only surplus funds should be placed at risk and anyone who does not have such funds should not participate in trading foreign currencies. Currency trading is not suitable for everyone.

BY CLICKING "I AGREE" UPON FIRST SIGNING UP AS EITHER A FREE MEMBER OR AFFIILATE, AND EACH TIME I SUBSEQUENTILY SIGN INTO ANY RELATED BROKERFX.NET OR MERCHANT PARTNERS SITE, I AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT.
